Mazda CX-9 Design
The interior of the Mazda CX-9 was made with the finest materials to ensure a luxurious feel and look, with Nappa leather, sculpted aluminum and genuine Rosewood coming standard on the Signature trim. The cabin of the CX-9 is driver-centric, with the shifter and console sitting higher to make the driver feel more in control, and all of the controls placed within easy reach of the driver.
The CX-9 comfortably seats seven passengers, with more legroom for them to stretch out and get comfortable. Access to the third row is simple with a sliding second-row seat. The cargo area is customizable to fit your needs, and there are a plethora of storage options including the center console, center armrests, seatback pockets and bins at the bottom of the doors.
Mazda CX-9 Technology
The CX-9 has a quiet cabin by adding 53 pounds of sound-deadening material, like sound-insulating glass, narrowed gaps, and more seal insulation to reduce wind noise. Its equipped with SKYACTIV® TECHNOLOGY to enhance driving performance and fuel efficiency, reaching up to an EPA-estimated 25 combined MPG.
A premium sound system is available, using a 12-speaker Bose® Centerpoint® 2 Surround Sound System that produces a rich sound no matter where you sit. The Commander knob includes shortcut buttons and a back button to give you a painless experience and control at your fingertips.
